Bineytna (“we”, “our”) operates the website bineytna.com and the application app.bineytna.com — a building-management service for residential buildings. For anything in this policy, contact us at WhatsApp +961 78 940 100.

2. What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and phone number, provided when you join by invite. Sign-in is handled by a trusted third-party authentication provider.
• Building records — buildings, blocks, units, occupancy, charges, recorded payments, cash-drawer entries, reported issues and ratings. These are entered by your building’s management or by you.
• Technical data — device and log information, and basic analytics used to keep the service secure and improve it.

3. How we use your data

We use your data only to run the service: showing your building’s information to the people authorized to see it, keeping ledgers and issue lists accurate, securing accounts, and communicating with you about the service. Access is role-based — a tenant sees their own units and charges, management sees their building.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with:

• Trusted service providers that host and run Bineytna, under strict confidentiality and security terms;
• People in your building, strictly according to their role permissions;
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Bineytna is a record-keeping tool: we do not process, hold or transfer money. Payment records in the app are entries made by your building’s management.

5. Advertising

Bineytna is currently free to use. We may introduce advertising or integrations in the future — without sharing your personal data with any third party. If anything changes, we will update this page before it happens.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at WhatsApp +961 78 940 100. Building records (charges, ledgers) belong to the building and are managed by its management.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and sign-in is invite-only. No system is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard protections.

8. Children

Bineytna is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page, with a new “last updated” date.
