1. Acceptance

By using bineytna.com or app.bineytna.com (together, “Bineytna”, the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bineytna is a management tool for residential buildings: dues and charges, recorded payments, a cash ledger, issues, and people. Accounts are created by invitation, and each account has a role (management, staff, owner, tenant) that controls what it can see and do.

3. Free service

Bineytna is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features, advertising or integrations in the future; any such change will be announced in the Service before it takes effect.

4. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials safe.
• Invite codes are personal — do not share them.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Building records — important

Charges, payment records and cash-ledger entries are created by your building’s management. Bineytna is a record-keeping tool only: we are not a party to any payment, we do not hold or transfer funds, and we do not verify the accuracy of amounts entered. Any dispute about dues, payments or building finances is between the residents and the building’s management.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, attempt to access data outside your role, disrupt the Service, or misuse other residents’ information.

7. Your content

Data entered in Bineytna belongs to you and your building. You grant us the license needed to host and process it purely to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bineytna and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from decisions or disputes based on records entered in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero, while the Service is free).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or its users at risk.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction.
